The Switch
Communications Strategy Expert Needed to Define Long-Term Priorities
The Switch Education charity has a large audience of businesses, volunteers, schools, and young people that it communicates with; however, there is no overarching strategy for how we communicate or ensure that our communications are effectively driving the charity forward.
As a small organisation with only 20 staff, we have limited resources to create communications and have not historically invested time in structuring this key function. In a recent project review, we learned from some participants that our communications felt inconsistent and that there is room to improve awareness of our charity.
We would love a volunteer to work with us to strategically improve our communications plan, ensuring we maximise the limited staff time and budget available. We are looking for a volunteer who has experience developing communications strategies and can help us create a practical, low-cost plan that genuinely engages a wide range of audiences - from business executives to teenagers.
