More About

Bloom Bakery and Catering

Bloom Bakery and Catering is a social enterprise tackling unemployment and social exclusion in South East London. We offer a programme of vocational training, work experience and support to people who have been out of work for more than 12 months and face a complex range of circumstances that make it difficult to access employment. These include: disabilities and long term health conditions, poor mental health, caring responsibilities or homelessness. Often, the people we work with find it difficult to engage with mainstream employment support, but are looking for a way to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence to move towards work. We operate a social enterprise model, selling high quality bakery and catering products to individual and corporate customers, reinvesting all our income in increasing the training we provide for people facing barriers to employment.
