Celebrating 30 years of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Applications have now closed

Marking the 30th Anniversary of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, INIclusion Day will bring together teams of volunteers and charity communicators for a one-day creative challenge. Together, they will co-design campaigns and communications strategies that champion accessibility, representation, and inclusion across paid media.

What is INIclusion Day?

INIclusion is a one-day creative challenge, from Media Trust and Initiative, where over 250 digital marketing professionals collaborate with three disability organisations to develop campaigns and content that champion accessibility, representation and inclusion.

Each charity brings along an existing campaign idea, and their teams of volunteers work with them develop it. They might support the charity to better understand their audience, repurpose exiting assets to have bigger impact, or explore how paid media and creative strategy can help their message reach more people in a more inclusive and accessible way.

Insights from the day will shape an Inclusive Paid Media Playbook to help agencies and brands make their media more accessible, authentic and representative.

Inclusion in media should feel inseparable from how we think, create and activate. It’s not a checkbox to satisfy; it’s a canvas to expand
