Having a Twitter presence is becoming essential for charities in today's ever increasing digital landscape. Using this platform effectively can be one of the best tools in your toolbox to increase volunteering, share the impact of your work, campaign and fundraise. But how can you ensure you're making the most of Twitter? What sort of tone is right for your organisation? How do you keep your audience engaged?
It can sometimes feel like a bit of a minefield. This focused workshop will give you the practical skills to build a following, identify and engage your audiences and measure your organisation’s performance. Learn the golden rules of Twitter from a social media expert, from how to make the most of social influencers to planning and producing great content.
It was very informative and helpful and has gave me things to consider to help increase our engagement.
