How does it work?

Joined by expert volunteers from MG OMD, you’ll have the chance to ask your most pressing questions on charity campaigns and get their guidance on meaningful engagement.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with a small group of charities facing similar challenges, so you can tackle them together.

What will the session cover?

This session will cover how to build digital campaigns that drive genuine action – whether that’s donations, volunteer sign-ups, or campaign signatures. We’ll explore how to map an effective user journey, sequence your social media content, and ensure your posts achieve more than just a ‘like’.

The session will open with a brief 10-minute overview of campaign activation best practices, followed by a 50-minute open Q&A where you can ask our experts about your specific challenges.

This clinic is the perfect companion sessions to our free 5-day email series, Campaign Creator. While the email series will help you build your campaign foundations, this session is your chance to troubleshoot the hardest part: activating your audience.

Who can attend?

To ensure everyone gets a chance to ask our experts their questions, we are limiting this session to just 40 spots. These events fill up incredibly fast, so register for your free place today!

Please note, due to demand, we can only accommodate one staff member/volunteer per charity who is responsible for communications and/or media relations.
