Specialising in behaviour change and strategic communications for the public and not-for-profit sectors, Vicky McGuire brings over twenty years’ experience devising and delivering impactful campaigns across education, health, and social justice.  From campaigning against modern slavery for the Home Office to recruiting more FE teachers for DfE, she’s worked to embed national policies that improve outcomes.

For the last 8 years she’s led award-winning campaigns at Four Agency Worldwide as MD of the social purpose division, securing Four’s spot as the number one agency for public sector (PR Week 2024). Now a consultant, Vicky advises businesses on winning public sector work, delivers media training and supports organisations to develop communications strategies, messages and campaigns.
