About the trainer:
Will Sturgeon, Executive Director at Golin
Will Sturgeon is a former journalist turned PR professional and has worked for some of the biggest brands in the world. He works with clients to help them plan and devise their content, messaging and PR strategy and also works with senior executives training them to be effective media spokespeople. Will has provided training support to the Media Trust for the past four years, helping to set up and run courses on better writing, using social media, planning PR strategies and coping with a crisis. Will has been an executive director at Golin since 2011.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please bring along some copy you have recently written or have some content topics in mind that you would like to discuss during the session.
What if I’m late/ cannot make it?

Do I need to print my confirmation email?
You don’t have to print and bring your ticket. Just turn up on the day. It’s that easy!
When you book, we will have all of your details in our system.
Can I give my place to someone else if I can no longer attend the training?
Yes, your ticket is transferrable. However, you will need to let us know beforehand.

Can I pay via invoice?
You can choose to show “other payment options” at the bottom of the order page on Eventbrite. Once selected, simply choose “send invoice”.
Our Finance team will then send an invoice onto you.
Bookings made within 10 days of the course date must be paid by credit card only, via our website or over the phone.
Which ticket type should I choose if I’m attending the training as an individual and not part of an organisation?
Individuals should select the small organisation ticket type.
