Men Walk Talk
Help us create a campaign to grow our MenWalkTalk walking groups
We’re looking for creative support to develop a campaign that encourages more men to join our free walk-and-talk groups. MenWalkTalk supports men’s mental health by providing welcoming spaces to walk, talk, and connect—but many still don’t know we exist or think the walks aren’t for them.
We need help shaping clear, engaging messages that show the power of simply showing up for a walk, and support in designing content for use across Instagram, Facebook, and our website. We have branding, testimonials, and example posts—what we need now is someone to help us tie it all together into a campaign that feels real and relatable.
Skills we’re looking for include content creation, social media strategy, and graphic design.
Success would be more men attending our walks regularly, feeling connected, and finding the support they didn’t know they needed. This campaign will help break the silence around men’s mental health and grow our community.

MenWalkTalk is a small UK charity supporting men’s mental health through free walk-and-talk groups in local communities.
We bring men together in parks, along the seafront, and in other open spaces to walk, talk, and feel less alone. Our aim is to create safe, welcoming spaces where men can connect, share what’s on their mind (if they want to), and feel supported without pressure.
Founded in 2020, MenWalkTalk was started by someone who knew what it was like to struggle and wanted to make it easier for other men to find connection and support.
Volunteers help make this possible by leading walks, welcoming new people, and encouraging open conversations, helping reduce stigma and isolation one step at a time.
