"Unheard": Be the Voice That Saves a Life

"Unheard" will be a short film that tackles the devastating consequences of silence surrounding mental health. The film highlights how missed opportunities for connection and a lack of understanding can push individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts further into despair.
Skills needed:
We need passionate individuals with skills in:
- Filmmaking: Capturing raw emotion and translating a powerful message to the screen.
- Storytelling: Crafting a compelling narrative that deeply resonates with viewers.
- Sound design: Using audio to heighten emotional impact and convey the character's isolation.
- Editing: Weaving together visuals and sound to create a seamless and impactful viewing experience.
Impact:
- Public: "Unheard" will raise awareness, challenge stigma, and encourage people to be more attuned to the struggles of others. It will inspire empathy and empower individuals to reach out and offer support.
- Volunteers: This project provides a platform for volunteers to contribute their skills to a vital cause. Volunteers will gain valuable experience in filmmaking while making a tangible difference in the fight against suicide.
