Stronger Voices: Google Ads Grants Masterclass

01 Mar

Tuesday 1 March 2022 10:00 - 11:30

About this event

Stronger Voices is a Media Trust programme designed to strengthen the voices of equality organisations across the capital. Supporting equalities organisations to strengthen their strategic communications is critical to improving representation of marginalised communities facing inequality. Stronger Voices is funded by City Bridge Trust.

The masterclass

On Tuesday 1 March, Media Trust will run a free masterclass in partnership with Google about their Ad Grants programme, and how it helps charities share their causes with the world.

From local food banks feeding our neighbours to the international aid organisations responding during times of crisis, nonprofits are crucial to our communities.

Through Ad Grants, Google provides nonprofits with up to £7,000 per month of in-kind search advertising. These ads appear next to search results when people search for nonprofits like yours. Since 2003, Google has awarded over £7 billion in free advertising to over 115,000 nonprofits across 51 countries.

Digital marketing can help nonprofits reach audiences at scale, with highly targeted, measurable solutions that deliver on goals that nonprofits care about: awareness, donations and volunteers.

With the help of technology, Google believes that every nonprofit can grow online. Join us on Tuesday 1 March between 10:00 – 11:30 to learn more about Google Ad Grants, the eligibility criteria and how to get started.
