Ogilvy’s A Day To Make A Difference

18 Jul

Thursday 18 July 2024 09:00 - 17:00

We are teaming up with Ogilvy to offer strategic communications advice and support to charities working in Heritage, Neurodiversity, Parent and Carers, Gender Equity and LGBTQIA+.

Applications have closed.

We are looking for five charities whose work aims to promote diversity and inclusion, empower neurodivergent individuals, support parents and caregivers in balancing family and career, advocate for gender equality, and advance LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion, to work with a team of media volunteers who will help you with your comms goals for 2024 and beyond. Whether that’s reaching new audiences, developing a campaign, or raising awareness about your cause, this is your chance to harness the creativity of your own dedicated team of industry experts.

How does it work?

If successful, you will develop a detailed brief outlining your specific communications goal for your organisation. You will then be matched with your own dedicated team of Ogilvy volunteers with skills spanning brand strategy, marketing, audience insight, PR, and more. You will spend the day with your team of volunteers generating ideas and developing an action plan for you to take away with you.

When and where is it?

The event is taking place on Thursday 18 July at Ogilvy’s office in London. Please note that travel expenses will not be covered for participating charities.

Who can apply?

To be eligible to apply for the event, your organisation must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Be an organisation with a charitable purpose focusing on inclusion in at least one of the five key areas.
  • Be a small to medium-sized organisation with a turnover of £5 million or less.
  • Have a clear, communications goal which you are already working on or have planned to start working on this year.
