We're looking to create a new Impact Report, to be shared online as a PDF, to demonstrate the outcomes and impact of our charity's work, and the children, young people, adults and families that we support.

We're looking to share key stats and information, including our Support Line stats (number of calls, number of emails and nursing time dedicated to this support), summary of new resources created for families and healthcare professionals including booklets, online training and infographics, partnerships and committees we're part of, and some key accomplishments and upcoming strategic plans, thanks to fundraising, donations and other support received.

As a small, national charity with four part time staff we don't have a dedicated communications or design member of staff, and so any support to create an Impact Report layout, for us to use for this past year, and to use as a template for future years, would be hugely appreciated.
