We need support to enhance our online presence, with a new focus of improving the lives of women and children in India’s tea plantation communities. Our resources include a basic website and Facebook, but with only one employee, we lack the skills to maximise these tools. We seek a volunteer skilled in web design and social media content creation to help us create a more engaging and effective online presence.

Our primary challenge is redesigning our website to be visually appealing, and developing a social media strategy to increase reach. We need help updating our website layout to particularly highlight our focus on tea plantations, creating regular social media posts that tell the stories of those we support.

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in web design (preferably WordPress) and social media marketing.

Success for us is a well-designed, easy-to-navigate website that communicates our mission and projects in plantations and why these are important. On social media, success means increased followers, and more interactions with our posts, especially on Instagram.

A stronger online presence would enhance our ability to communicate the need for and impact of our work on a broader audience, increasing donations and volunteers.
