Help Us Build Interview Series To Inspire Queer Gen-Z At Work

60% of graduates go back in the closet when they enter the world of work, this hinders innovation and creates huge barriers to career success! We're on a mission to change this.

 

We're looking for support to record, edit, and publish a social media video campaign that spotlights the amazing things that LGBTQIA+ people HAVE achieved, utilising shortform edits for tiktok and reels plus longer form content on our website and youtube. These short interviews should drive interest to our free one to one mentoring programme for LGBTQIA+ people under 30 whilst also serving as an inspiring stand alone resource.

 

To help us reach more people, we'd like to translate the content we create into a paid social media ad campaign putting a very small budget (£600) towards making sure that the young adults who need to hear this positive message are reached.

 

This project will aim to onboard an additional 10-20 mentees for our mentoring scheme, in the short run supporting young adults to spend up to four times longer in their first job. Longer run, generating over £433,331.oo per mentee towards tax & NI over their career.
