Digital Marketing & Comms Specialist needed to support outreach and fund raising
As a small independent heritage venue, we need more resources for staff and consultants. While we use digital and PR methods to promote the Hall, the day-to-day challenges of generating sufficient income to pay ever-rising utility and payroll bills shift the focus of the Directors away from the need to increase revenue and raise funds for desperately needed conservation work. We need help creating and implementing a cohesive campaign to generate income from events and admissions and to enhance existing fundraising initiatives, enabling us to consider approaching National Funders. We aim to avoid staff reductions, improve visitor facilities, support smaller organisations with affordable meeting space, and play a larger role in York's community.
