At MASH we have a small mailing list (circa 850 people) which we run through MailChimp as it integrates with our CRM Donorfy.

We have identified that email is the best channel for converting donations and have had some good success so far.

But we would like some expert support to analyse our work so far, help us to build our list and ensure supporters are engaged, help us with segmentation and converting supporters to take action, especially donations.

We would also like to review automations and look at how we can build on the work we have done (with limited team capacity).
