Like other charities, we have many data inputs; a website with GA4, social media, and events tools - into our own custom-built CRM. But we don't have a good picture of how they are connected and how each channel is driving conversions. Mostly because our tools are all free! If you are a data analyst and able to build dashboards using freely available tools, you can help us increase our impact and find more applicants to serve and volunteers to help our programme run. We have a new website coming up, so it's a good time to ensure we have the right goals on our website, along with the data coming from social media and our events tools. Depending on your experience and skills this project will take anywhere between 5 and 15 hours.
