At Tailored Futures, we support people with criminal records as they rebuild their lives through employment and reintegration. But one of our biggest challenges is telling our story in a way that truly connects with people—to challenge stigma, engage employers, and reach those who need support. We would really appreciate the help of a Media Trust volunteer with skills in content creation, storytelling, videography, digital marketing, or social media strategy to support us in:

• Creating engaging digital content that highlights our work and the people we support
• Developing social media campaigns to raise awareness and encourage employer sign-ups for our Reintegrate app
• Designing marketing materials that communicate our mission effectively
• Producing short videos to share real success stories

With stronger messaging and better content, we can reach more employers, more supporters, and more people who need a second chance. If you have skills in media and would like to use them to support a good cause, we’d love to hear from you. Your time and expertise could make a huge difference in helping us change perceptions and open up opportunities for those trying to move forward.
