We’re seeking experienced media professionals to support participants in developing their media engagement skills through small mentoring circles over a range of dates for the Diverse Voices programme ran in partnership with NPC. We’re especially interested if you have experience working with marginalised groups and have knowledge of accessible communication.

Mentors will work with groups of four participants across structured, interactive sessions focused on building practical skills such as pitching, engaging with journalists, and applying media strategies in real-world contexts.

Mentors will play a key role in creating a supportive, constructive environment where participants can build confidence, test ideas, and receive honest, actionable feedback.
