We are seeking support to develop a clear and effective individual giving strategy, with a particular focus on growing a sustainable base of monthly donors. While we already have some fundraising activity in place and a Fundraising and Engagement Lead, we need strategic input to review our current approach, identify gaps, and design a more structured and scalable donor journey.

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in fundraising strategy and donor engagement who can help us define priority audiences, craft compelling messaging, and recommend the most effective channels for acquisition and retention.

Success would look like a practical, actionable strategy that includes clear next steps, quick wins, and a roadmap for building and sustaining regular giving. This would enable us to increase predictable income and strengthen long-term relationships with supporters. Ultimately, this will provide greater financial stability, allowing us to expand and sustain our services for people facing poverty, homelessness, and other complex challenges, and support more individuals to move forward with confidence.
