Autistic Girls Network

Social media and copy expert needed for our individual giving campaign

Autistic Girls Network (AGN) is the UK's only national charity working exclusively with autistic girls and women, and we are neurodivergent-led at every level. While it has always been possible for people to donate to AGN, we have never formalised this to create a thoughtful "Individual Giving Programme", and we need help turning our engaged online community of over 35,000 people into regular and one-off donors. We already have a strong, distinctive brand, a volunteer Social Media person, and powerful evidence of impact to draw on, but we do not yet have a dedicated fundraising social media strategy or the campaign copy to deliver it. We are looking for a volunteer with social media strategy and copywriting skills, ideally with some experience of supporter journeys or fundraising appeals. Success would be a clear, practical strategy for our main platforms and a set of ready-to-use posts and appeal copy that we can schedule, test and reuse, helping us grow the number of people who give and move closer to our individual giving target. This would give us sustainable, unrestricted income, enabling us to reach more girls who currently wait years for the understanding and support they deserve.
