15 Jul

Thursday 15 July 2021 10:00 - 11:00

About this event

In this session you’ll learn some of the key behavioural strategies that you can apply to effectively communicate about climate issues and drive positive behaviour change. We’ll discuss specific case studies where Ogilvy has applied behavioural science to positively impact supporter engagement, as well as broader business examples of driving effective communication and emotional engagement. Attendees will takeaway tangible learnings and simple cost-effective strategies to apply within their own organisations.

From understanding user preferences and experiences with relation to food and technology to design a food waste chatbot product, to increasing recycling rates in high rise flats across London, Kimberly has a track record of driving projects that bring the best of behavioural science and creativity to sustainability efforts across private and public sectors alike.
