Explore how your charity can get more from email, even when inboxes are crowded and your audience is busy
Join expert volunteer Sioned Griffiths, Head of Email Marketing at Informa Connect, for a practical session focused on getting more value from your email communications and building stronger engagement with your audience.
We’ll explore how to:
Whether you’re struggling with deliverability, open rates, email design or simply want to make your email activity more effective and less time-consuming, this session will give you practical ideas to put into action.
We’ll kick things off with a short overview from Sioned, sharing practical tips on making every email count. This will be followed by a curated Q&A bringing together the most common questions and themes submitted by charities in advance, before we open the floor for any further live questions.
You’ll also hear from other charities and have the chance to share ideas and experiences with people facing similar challenges. This peer-to-peer learning will help everyone leave with practical advice they can apply in their own organisation.
This session is open to people responsible for communications, marketing or media at UK-registered charities, non-profits, CICs and social enterprises.
Sioned Griffiths, Head of Email Marketing, Informa Connect
“As Head of Email Marketing at Informa, I bring 17 years of email marketing experience from organisations including Informa, ODEON Cinemas and Tesco Clubcard — helping teams cut through inbox noise and deliver campaigns that actually work.
I’ll share practical, straightforward advice you can use to get more from your email marketing. My philosophy is simple: less is more. People are busy, inboxes are crowded, and most aren’t reading it all. I’ll show you how to give your emails the best chance of reaching customer inboxes, make emails concise and engaging, and focus on what you actually want the reader to do.”
