Inclusive Reporting Masterclass

24 Feb

Thursday 24 February 2022 10:30 - 12:00

Free Inclusive Reporting masterclass aimed at aspiring and early career journalists, exploring embedding inclusion into your reporting.

Join Media Trust’s free, 90-minute Inclusive Reporting Masterclass, aimed at aspiring and early career journalists.

Led by journalist Hannah Fearn (formerly The Independent, The Guardian and Charity Times), this interactive session will cover key considerations for journalists, like building trust with contributors and audiences from under-represented communities, expanding your sources list and avoiding tokenism, and will share positive engagement case studies to learn from.

This will also be an opportunity to share views with other journalists on how to embed inclusivity in news reporting.
