Maximise Your Social Media Masterclass

12 Apr

Verizon, WC1V 6EA

Friday 12 April 2019 14:00 - 16:30

As part of our Stronger Voices programme, Media Trust has teamed up with social media experts from mental health charity Mind and the Time to Change campaign for this free social media masterclass, designed especially for charities in the equality sector.

We live in a nation addicted to social media. 41% of adults in the UK use Facebook daily and 11% use Twitter. This presents a massive opportunity for charities. Get your social media strategy right and it can be a powerful, low cost way to engage with stakeholders and shift public perceptions and narrative around social issues.

Learn from charity experts

Mind and the Time to Change campaign are both leaders in the charity social media sphere.

In 2018, Mind was the fastest growing charity on Twitter and Time to Change’s #asktwice campaign filled social feeds across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Both are getting it right in a busy digital space, which in 2019, is no mean feat.

Join social media experts from Mind and Time to Change for a special masterclass as they share their insights and recommendations on how you and your charity can thrive social media.
