Stronger Voices Canva Masterclass: A Beginners’ Guide to Digital Design

On Tuesday 30 November, Media Trust will be running a free masterclass in partnership with Raconteur on digital design using Canva. Raconteur Publishing exists to challenge and inspire decision-makers on the topics that matter, helping them make better business decisions. This masterclass is tailored for equality organisations.

During the session you will learn how to use Canva to create eye-catching digital-friendly designs in minutes. Join us and master the basics of this simple-to-use tool to confidently produce professional-looking content for your digital channels.

This session will primarily focus on the basics of Canva to design digital assets and will also include time for Q&A.

Learning outcomes:

• Gain an overview of the basic functionality of Canva
• Learn how to create digital content quickly and easily
• Discover how to ensure design consistency that aligns with your brand identity
• Learn tips to create social media templates

Your Trainer

The session will be facilitated by Gem Sofianos.

Gem is a Digital Content Producer currently working at Raconteur where she creates content and manages the publisher’s social media channels. From explainer videos and carousel tips to animation and social cards she brings Raconteur’s in-depth analysis and industry-leading special reports to life for social media audiences.

She has previously worked for charities including the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the UK’s leading Armed Forces charity The Royal British legion, where she worked on national campaigns including the annual Poppy Appeal.
