Currently, we have a graphic designer and a video editor in placehowever, we require a content creator to develop engaging and impactful content in the lead-up to our International Women’s Day event on 8 March. At least a minimum of 3 posts per week (1-minute video script, carousel) around beauty entrepreneurs and beauty-related stigmas.The role will focus on creating content that showcases our brand values (Roots and Radiance Network CIC) and highlights our commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs within the beauty industry. Our aim is to raise awareness and provide meaningful support for women experiencing beauty-related stigma by facilitating open and informed discussions. Success for us is looking at how people share their beauty-related stigma stories while supporting each other. This includes creating promotional and educational content around a live conversation with a trichologist, a beautician, and a mental health professional, to be delivered simultaneously via Instagram Live and TikTok Live. The content should encourage engagement, amplify key messages, and help position the event as a safe and empowering space for dialogue, learning, and community connection.
