Workstyle Revolution

Content lead needed to set up co-ordination of multiple content creation streams

We’re looking for support in creating and streamlining a content creation process to help us make the most of our existing video content. At present, we record around six videos each month, and need help developing an efficient workflow to ensure each video is edited, turned into a blog post, and adapted into a social media post in a timely and consistent manner.

We currently have a small team of video editors and content writers who use a basic spreadsheet to track content tasks, but there is a backlog to clear, issues with consistency, and the process currently requires more hands-on oversight than we believe should be necessary with a well-designed system in place.

We’re seeking a volunteer with experience in content planning, workflow design, and digital marketing—someone who understands how to build and implement effective systems for repurposing content across multiple platforms.

Success for us would be a clear, repeatable, and efficient process that allows our team to deliver regular, high-quality content with minimal intervention. This will help us maximise the reach and impact of our content, keep our audience engaged and informed, and ultimately support our mission more effectively.

There are still huge groups of society being excluded from work because of our 9-to-5, five day a week, office based prevailing approach. We focus on supporting 7 groups who are structurally excluded from the workforce: Disabled individuals - Mental health challenges - Carers - Neurodiverse individuals - Long-term illness - Older Workers and Parents.

Workstyle is the freedom to choose when and where you work which, in turn, will create a happier, more fulfilled society through a world of work without bias.

We will do this by closing the gaps for those who are structurally excluded from work by replacing 9-to-5 traditional working with workstyle, levelling the playing field and creating true inclusivity and accessibility in our society. We have supported thousands of workstylers around the world to set, project and respect their own workstyles, and are conducting pioneering research into the link between autonomy, wellbeing and productivity.
