WARM: WORKPLACE ADDICTION & RECOVERY MOVEMENT CIC

Digital Media Lead to launch workplace recovery movement (LinkedIn-first)

We are launching a new community interest company - WARM: the Workplace Addiction & Recovery Movement - to tackle a workplace taboo: addiction. Although over 7% of workers experience a Substance Use Disorder, most suffer in silence due to stigma, with little access to early and appropriate support. Our challenge is to build a credible, LinkedIn-first presence that sparks honest conversation with HR, Wellbeing and EDI audiences around launch.

We need a volunteer to lead a short launch campaign: create and schedule 3–5 posts a week, shape a simple content calendar, write compelling copy, turn Riverside.fm clips into short posts, add light graphics if appropriate, and engage in comments to grow reach. You’ll have founder guidance, brand voice guardrails and access to video assets; we are open to your advice on whether to test other platforms later.

We are seeking skills in social copywriting and LinkedIn publishing/scheduling, plus comfort reading simple analytics. Success would mean generating real interest in the issue, raising WARM’s visibility among UK employers, and achieving a measurable uplift in engagement.

Your skills could help start a national conversation, reduce stigma, and directly make UK workplaces safer, more supportive and recovery-ready.
