Project overview:

At Age Concern Todmorden, we currently manage all our email communication through one shared Gmail account, which makes it tricky to manage different types of enquiries and outreach. We’d love support from a volunteer to help us set up additional email addresses under our @ageconcerntodmorden domain (via UK2.net, our web host), so we can communicate cheaply, more effectively with the public, partners, and each other.

What support do we need?

We’re looking for someone with digital comms or tech know-how to help us set up professional email accounts (e.g., for newsletters, website enquiries, press contacts) and offer a bit of guidance on how to manage them going forward. If you're familiar with UK2.net or similar platforms, even better!

What does success look like?

A clearer, more professional email setup that allows different staff members to manage communications more efficiently, ultimately improving our ability to share updates, respond to the public, and grow our presence.
