Experienced comms professional needed to review and critique our work
We're a small organisation with a limited comms budget which we need to maximise every penny of. We're about to start our three-year strategic review process, which will include planning our communications approach for the next three years.
We would really appreciate some honest, expert feedback on our existing website and social media presence, ideally with suggestions on how to improve. Over the coming year, we want to start public fundraising (previously we were funded exclusively by trusts and foundations) which makes our online and public presence even more important. Without a good comms strategy, we are unlikely to meet our fundraising goals, which will jeopardise our sustainability.
We'd like someone to review our website, Linkedin, Twitter and Bluesky accounts, and review our current comms strategy. We guess this would take an hour or two max. Ideally, we would love to then have you spend a few hours with our Executive Director to pull together an outline comms strategy for the next three years, based on your review. Thank you.
