Expert needed to administrate Westminster respiratory support group
Breathe Easy Westminster is a free Asthma + Lung UK support group for people in Westminster affected by lung conditions. Friends, family and carers are all invited for activities and socialising.
Are you an experienced administrator? Have you or a loved one ever suffered from a respiratory condition? We are seeking a volunteer to support administration and marketing for our support group of over 250 members.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Produce a quarterly newsletter
- Circulate information on future meetings, research and relevant support
- Act as a point of contact for free membership enquiries and member updates
- Hosting online meetings for members
- Represent the group at fairs if you wish
- Coordinating with expert speakers
Skills required:
- MS Word and Adobe knowledge
- Creating relevant weblinks
- Design - creating a newsletter
- Knowledge of Zoom
- Good organisation and people skills
- Kindness and empathy
