We are committed to helping heal the children whose lives are likely to be ‘forever changed’ by the violence experienced in Israel and the State of Palestine. ‘The ongoing conflict is exposing children to devastating emotional and psychological harm with consequences that could last a lifetime’ (Executive Director, UNICEF). We plan to work in partnership with a Bethlehem-based NGO to create a cohort of specially trained counsellors and trainers who will use the training for the treatment of severe symptoms of PTSD among Palestinian children and become a training resource to widen access to specialist help once peace has returned. The fundraising target is £15,000. We urgently need your skills and experience to create compelling content and help us better use social media. By supporting us you will be helping to make a difference to thousands of children in need of specialist help, as well as growing our capacity for online fundraising. We plan to run a 12-week campaign from September to November. If you are willing to help, we can offer you a key contact ie.
