Tailored Futures CIC
Help Us Build a Powerful Social Media Campaign for ReintegrateME
At Tailored Futures, we help people with criminal records rebuild their lives through employment and reintegration. But to truly make an impact, we need to tell our story in a way that resonates—challenging stigma, engaging employers, and reaching those who need our support.
That’s why we created ReintegrateME, a first-of-its-kind employment platform exclusively for people with an offending history. Think of it as LinkedIn meets Tinder—a space where employers can swipe right on candidates who match their requirements, making recruitment fairer and more inclusive. By using technology to bridge the gap between employers and jobseekers, we aim to change perceptions, reduce stigma, and create real opportunities.
We’re looking for a volunteer with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, or social media strategy to help us:
- Develop and execute a compelling social media campaign to raise awareness and encourage employer sign-ups for ReintegrateME.
Your time and expertise could change perceptions, open doors, and help create a fairer job market for all.
If you have experience in social media strategy and want to use your skills for a great cause, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s work together to make second chances a reality.

LAt Tailored Futures, we believe in the power of second chances. Too often, people leaving the justice system face rejection and stigma, making it nearly impossible to rebuild their lives. We provide personalised support to help them secure employment, regain confidence, and reintegrate into their communities.
Now, with the support of Media Trust, we’re looking for skilled volunteers to help us share our impact, tell powerful stories, and amplify our message. We need creative minds to support our work through content creation, storytelling, digital marketing, videography, and social media strategy.
In 2024, we won the Mayor of London’s No Wrong Door Challenge, leading to Reintegrate—a groundbreaking app that connects ex-offenders with employers willing to look beyond the past. Your skills can help us reach more people, challenge stigma, and inspire change.
Whether you’re a writer, designer, videographer, or digital strategist, your expertise can make a real difference. If you’re passionate about social justice, storytelling, and creating impact through media, we’d love to have you on board.
