Brighter Together
Marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and raise voice of our charity
We are a small but ambitious award-winning charity. We're doing really great things and transforming people's lives who are socially isolated and living with dementia and/or low well-being. But, despite the wonderful impact we're creating, we don't have the skills and experience in our very lean core team to get our message out there.
We would like to work with a volunteer to create an overall marketing strategy for Brighter Together, taking into consideration:
- Assess what we currently do and what we need to be stopping, starting and improving to hit our overall aims
- Defining key deliverables for the next 12 - 24 months and what these will aim to achieve
- Consider the capacity of our team to deliver this - where do we need to prioritise to create the greatest impact vs time spent
- Where can we up-skill our current team to achieve the deliverables? What training, support and existing resources are available? How do we build our network in the area of marketing & comms?
- Working with us to develop some key messaging for each marketing channel.
