We are launching Relationships: Unplugged, a monthly podcast on relationship health, dating, parenting, and getting on better. Episodes are 30 to 40 minutes, recorded remotely using Riverside. We have two confident hosts and a digital team managing production, but no in-house podcasting experience. We need a volunteer mentor who can coach our hosts on delivery, pacing, and interview technique. We also need guidance on episode structure, audience growth strategy, and turning episodes into short-form clips for social media. Success looks like a consistent, well-produced show that grows its listenership month on month and drives audiences into our online community. The podcast is a key part of our Getting On Better campaign, which aims to make relationship skills culturally normal for everyone. Your mentorship would directly improve the quality and reach of evidence-based relationship support for people across the UK.
