The autistic community is not really functioning as a community. Its members are not good at conversing amongst themselves and therefore find it difficult to communicate outside their community.

Aspierations seeks someone who will help them produce and promote a podcast series featuring interviews with autistic individuals with a story to tell. 

The autistic audience will benefit from hearing from other autistic individuals and a neurotypical (normative thinking) audience will get an insight about how to communicate in a more autism-friendly way.
