Social media platform expert needed to help grow reach & profile of the charity

Over the past six months, Period Reality has built a consistent rhythm of sharing thoughtful, high-quality content across LinkedIn and Instagram. Despite strong messaging and regular posting, visibility and engagement have plateaued. To grow sustainably with a limited budget and global mission, we are seeking strategic guidance, not additional content creators. We need expertise in digital growth, social engagement, and audience development to help us better understand platform algorithms, refine our audience strategy, and position the charity for greater reach and influence.

We are looking for someone experienced in scaling mission-driven brands on LinkedIn and Instagram, ideally with skills in data-driven content strategy, influencer or partnership outreach, and community growth.

Success would be measured through increased reach and engagement, particularly among gender-equity thought leaders, funders, and social-innovation changemakers. Stronger traction for our content will build recognition for Period Reality as a credible global voice in menstrual and cycle awareness.

With clear strategy support, our volunteers can focus their creativity where it has the greatest impact. Growing our visibility will amplify global conversations on menstrual equity, mobilise action, and open pathways to funding and partnerships, ultimately advancing more equitable systems for those impacted by menstrual stigma and exclusion.
