Support needed to identify communication goals and produce a delivery plan.

The Challenge:

  • Reflect and consolidate learning from our comms and marketing activities in 2024
  • Identify clear comms and marketing targets for the coming year and how to measure them.
  • Coordinate routes to delivery across a small tea, with diverse portfolio, various levels of experience and no internal comms support. Involves coordinating activity through various social media channels, websites and e-bulletins.

Skills we need:

  • Comms expertise and facilitation.
  • Ability to support and guide the management team through the process.

What success looks like:

  • Clarity of specific comms and marketing targets and ways to measure them
  • Effective leadership and co-ordination of responsibilities across the team
  • Increased motivation, confidence and rewards for team to engage in comms activities
  • Identify the need for any on-going specialist support or L&D needs within limited budget.

Impact: We will communicate and engage more effectively with more people to: 

  • Share our mission and what we stand for 
  • Amplify the voices and experiences of disabled people
  • Increase the reach and impact of our publications, films and other outputs
  • Grow membership of our networks
  • Attract project funds
  • Sell more training.
