2. Describe what skills you are looking for in a volunteer: for example, graphic design skills, or newsletter writing skills.
3. Describe what success looks like for you. What is the goal and what are you hoping to achieve? For example, a short but effective annual report that shows the impact your projects and programmes have had, with an ideal number of downloads, readers, or click-throughs.
4. Describe the overall impact this would have on the people you support, and how this would help your mission. For example, it would translate facts and figures into easy-to-digest, engaging content that everyone could understand. It would show how we fundraise, how our income is spent, and some of the success stories from people we have helped.
