Tailored Futures CIC

Use Your Media Skills to Empower Second Chances

At Tailored Futures, we support people with criminal records in rebuilding their lives through employment and reintegration. However, our biggest challenge is communicating our impact effectively to reach more people, challenge stigma, and engage employers.

We need support in crafting compelling digital content that showcases our work, including our groundbreaking app, Reintegrate, which connects ex-offenders with fair job opportunities. We are looking for volunteers with skills in content creation, storytelling, videography, digital marketing, and social media strategy to help us refine our messaging, create engaging visuals, and improve our online presence.

Specifically, we need support in developing social media campaigns, designing impactful marketing materials, and producing short videos that highlight real success stories. Success for us means clear, engaging content that increases awareness of our work, encourages employers to sign up for Reintegrate, and inspires more people to support our mission.

The right volunteer will help us translate our impact into stories that resonate, making it easier for us to change public perceptions, build partnerships, and reach those who need us most. Your media skills can help us open doors for people who need a second chance.

LAt Tailored Futures, we believe in the power of second chances. Too often, people leaving the justice system face rejection and stigma, making it nearly impossible to rebuild their lives. We provide personalised support to help them secure employment, regain confidence, and reintegrate into their communities.

Now, with the support of Media Trust, we’re looking for skilled volunteers to help us share our impact, tell powerful stories, and amplify our message. We need creative minds to support our work through content creation, storytelling, digital marketing, videography, and social media strategy.

In 2024, we won the Mayor of London’s No Wrong Door Challenge, leading to Reintegrate—a groundbreaking app that connects ex-offenders with employers willing to look beyond the past. Your skills can help us reach more people, challenge stigma, and inspire change.

Whether you’re a writer, designer, videographer, or digital strategist, your expertise can make a real difference. If you’re passionate about social justice, storytelling, and creating impact through media, we’d love to have you on board.
