Are you ready to make a real difference in a young person’s life? We’re looking for dedicated Volunteer Mentors to join a passionate team helping young people break free from crime, gangs, and negative influences—and move toward brighter futures in education and employment.

Working alongside a Project Co-ordinator and a co-mentor, you’ll be matched with a young person for up to 12 months, meeting weekly for around 2 hours. Through consistency, support, and encouragement, you’ll help them set goals, build self-confidence, and develop key life skills—potentially for the first time with a trusted adult in their life.

No prior experience is necessary—just commitment, reliability, and the willingness to be a positive influence. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

As a volunteer, your life experience could be exactly what a young person needs to see new possibilities. Not only is this work incredibly rewarding, but it also contributes to real social impact: every life turned around saves public services thousands—and more importantly, gives a young person hope.
