Providence House Trust
We Need an Expert in Creating a Marketing Strategy
Providence House Youth Club has supported young people in Clapham Junction and Battersea for decades, but we have never had a clear marketing strategy, so our communications are reactive, inconsistent and stretched across a small team with no dedicated marketing role.
As we refresh our brand and launch a new three-year strategy, we would love support to develop a practical 12-month marketing plan covering our key audiences, messaging, channels and a simple content calendar we can actually deliver.
We have strong stories, photos, social media accounts, a website, and staff and young people keen to get involved, but lack the expertise to pull this together.
We are looking for a volunteer with marketing strategy experience, ideally in the charity or youth sector, who can help us prioritise and build something realistic for a small team.
Success would be a clear, workable plan that grows our reach with funders, partners and local families, and brings more young people through our doors.
This would help us secure the long-term funding we need to keep our doors open while youth services are under real pressure, and ensure young people's voices are heard and seen in our community.
