We recently set up a new website on Kualo, linked to WordPress, and we are looking for a volunteer with web skills to help us get the site set up and ensure we have the knowledge and confidence to maintain it ourselves.

We need support to set up volunteer account access and show our volunteers, for example via Google Meet or Zoom, how to add and remove content and pages, and understand basic website analytics.

We would also like someone to review the website and identify any key things we need to address to ensure it works well and is compliant, and help us understand what to look out for in future.

We’re looking for someone who can explain things clearly and provide a simple guide that our volunteers can refer back to.

Success would be a website that is ready to use, with our volunteers feeling confident about maintaining the content and tracking results themselves.

This will help supporters and potential beneficiaries better understand our charity, the support we offer and the opportunities available.
