Website designer needed to update our website
We are looking for a designer who can work on a ready site, hosted on WordPress/Elementor. We want to improve the design (make it cleaner and neater) and also add 1-2 more pages (we have a plan ready for those). The website has two purposes: a) to explain to potential beneficiaries how we can help them, and enable them to contact us, and b) to show potential funders the great work we do, which will help us fundraise and fuel all our work!

Sunbeams provides early intervention for girls (8-16yrs) in Hackney with poor social/emotional/mental health, tackling issues 'upstream' before they become complex/entrenched mental health problems.
We're completely led by local women ‘from the trenches'. We opened 10+ years ago and have been laser-focused all this time on being targeted, holistic and user-led. We've built excellent partnerships with local schools, mental health/youth charities and statutory services, enabling maximum collaboration on a community and individual level.
On an annual basis: our 1:1 mentoring gives an adult relationship and weekly special time for 240 girls; our group mentoring gives a social network and weekly therapeutic activities (drama/art/sports/music) to 60 girls; our key worker programme gives comprehensive systems support to 24 girls; our parent engagement programme gives clinical support and practical guidance to 185 parents; our school support gives multiple current-issues-focused trainings alongside networking opportunities to key staff in 22 local schools and 1:1 support to 6 schools to create mentally healthy schools; and we train 80 new volunteers (local young women) to be 1:1 mentors.
Our robust monitoring/evaluation processes prove that users see substantial improvements in confidence, wellbeing, motivation and social integration. 95% are ready to exit at 12 months and 5% at 18 months.
