People to Places

Website Redesign

People to Places is seeking a digital volunteer to redesign our website to create a modern, accessible, and easy-to-navigate experience. The project will involve refreshing the overall design, improving user journeys, and ensuring the site works well across mobile and desktop. The website should be built in WordPress, ideally using Divi (license provided), or another free, sustainable solution if more suitable. Scope includes redesigning existing pages, creating new ones (e.g. blog, legacy giving), and implementing clear, user-friendly navigation. The volunteer will also develop or improve booking pages and online forms to make it easier for users to access services and make enquiries. A key priority is improving SEO and Google performance, including optimising page structure, metadata, and content for search engines, as well as improving site speed and Core Web Vitals scores. We are looking for someone with experience in WordPress, UX/UI design, and SEO, ideally with an understanding of accessibility and non-profit needs.
