Kids Club Kampala
Website support required
Kids Club Kampala is a children’s charity working in Uganda. Our mission is to support vulnerable kids in the slums of Kampala, the capital of Uganda, by providing for both their immediate needs and strengthening their futures through community outreach, protecting, educating and skilling.
We’re looking for a volunteer to support with edits required on the website (www.kidsclubkampala.org). Our programmes and the projects they encompass have recently undergone a restructure, which needs updating on the website. We already have an idea of the key pages which need updating, including the resources, branding, images and information they will now need to include, however we lack capacity within the team to make these edits ourselves.
Our hope is to improve the overall user journey on our website as at the moment some pages are hidden and are only accessible within other pages. With an improved user journey, and a clear representation of our work in Kampala, our hope is that we would achieve reduced bounce rate and increased click throughs, ultimately resulting in a higher conversion rate for donations. Improvements in all of these areas will enable us to help vulnerable children and families move from surviving to thriving.
