User Voice is a national charity that works to strengthen the voices and leadership of people with lived experience of the criminal justice system.We are seeking a volunteer with website and WordPress expertise to review our current website and help us identify the most cost-effective and sustainable approach to improving and maintaining it.We would like support to assess our website's structure, functionality, user experience, accessibility and ongoing maintenance needs. While our current site is built on WordPress, we are open to recommendations on whether this remains the best platform for our organisation or whether an alternative solution would better meet our needs and resources.We're looking for someone with experience in WordPress, website strategy, user experience, accessibility and digital best practice, who can provide clear, practical recommendations to a small charity team.Success would be a clear assessment of our current website, actionable recommendations for improvement, and a realistic roadmap for future development and maintenance.A stronger, more accessible website would help us better communicate our impact, engage supporters and partners, and ensure people affected by the criminal justice system can easily access information about our work.
