Free, expert-led sessions to enhance your charity’s communication strategies and reputation

Are you a small charity looking to amplify your message and connect with your community more effectively? Media Trust and award-winning global PR and communications agency Edelman are here to help!

We’ve teamed up with Edelman to provide a series of free, interactive drop-in sessions for charities focused on improving your communications, one theme at a time.

How do the sessions work? 

Each session is an hour long and covers a different topic, as listed below. 

At Media Trust, we’re proud to work with an influential network of industry-leading volunteers who offer their time and skills to charity professionals. You’ll be joined by 2-3 expert volunteers from Edelman, ready to answer your most pressing questions on the topic at hand and provide tailored advice.  

Plus, you’ll meet other charities facing similar challenges, allowing you to share experiences and solutions.

  • Manage communications crises: Learn strategies for managing communications during challenging times to protect your charity’s reputation.
  • Measure and communicate impact: Understand how to track and report on the success of your communications efforts to demonstrate your charity’s impact. 

The Edelman volunteer was very knowledgeable. It was helpful to hear the challenges other comms professionals are facing in their organisations and the various ways to tackle them and get fresh ideas and tips.
